FINAL CUT STUDIO TRAINING COURSES(Please note that this is currently a weekend course.) In this intensive two day course you will gain a comprehensive overview of
Final Cut Studio, including how
Final Cut Pro 7,
Motion 4,
Soundtrack Pro 3,
Color 1.5 and
Compressor 3.5 all work together to assist you in the creative workflow process.
Starting with an overview of the vital functions and editing tools available in
Final Cut Pro 7, you will quickly learn how to edit, insert, overlay and sequence your clips as well as some of the unique and time-saving tools available to use within the software. In the second half of the day we turn our attention to
Motion 4 in order produce stunning motion graphics in 2D and 3D, and how best to integrate this into our production workflow.
Our second day opens with an in-depth study of
Color 1.5, and how its high-end color grading capabilities can quickly improve scenes and create a signature look. Now with native workflows in high-quality formats up to 4K, Color is the ultimate finishing tool for music videos, commercials, broadcast post, and feature films. Later in the day we investigate
Soundtrack Pro 3, and how its editing tools for multitrack and audio sweetening can best enhance your soundtrack and audio post production process. We conclude the course with a summary of the tools and techniques that we have covered, and how best you may utilise what you have learned within you own production process.

Software Versions: All of our Adobe courses include lessons generic to both CS3 and CS4 versions of the Adobe suite: whichever version you use is covered in detail. In addition, we also now preview the functionality of the new Adobe CS5 suite. Our Apple training courses utilise the latest versions of Final Cut Studio HD (also known of as version 3 or FCS 2009).
Equipment: Our fully featured training room includes six top-of-the-range iMac computers configured to work in both Macintosh (OSX) and PC (Windows) modes, ensuring you the maximum familiarity with your chosen operating system.
