Elstree Film Studios - Training Courses - The Art of Podcasting
Getting a message across has never been easier, yet so many businesses don't take advantage of the ease of delivery offered by 21st century communications. We are still bombarded with literature of all different kinds, when in fact the media of the moment is audible and visible. Announcing your bulletin with the highest reach and at the lowest possible cost has to be via rich media such as podcasting. Podcasting appeals to an on the move audience who simply download your content, from your website or any number of locations we will show you, and listen to your message now or later.
The most successful podcast can be used by anyone whether large or small business or individual; you don't have to be a broadcaster to have something informative or interesting to say. Using podcast as a medium to reach your audience can do much more than simply entertain; those who catch on early and grab audiences attention often become recognized as industry experts, and the supply of the podcast is perceived as an added value to their main offerings, making their name synonymous with that product and service, which in turn increases the number, and value, of potential customers.
Ensuring you are ready to record and deliver the perfect podcast we will teach you the most effective techniques, with real-life examples and tips and tricks to set you on your way to becoming the voice of your industry. From planning and scripting the message with maximum impact alongside time tested interviewing techniques, to recording and mixing with background effects or music, editing the final piece with expert hands on software tuition to delivering your presentable, polished content to your audience using FTP, RSS and proprietary delivery methods such as i-tunes, this one day essential course will take you from complete beginner to podcast wizard using step-by-step, easy to understand and non-technical guidance.
On the day you will be able to use all of the software, equipment and put into practice the advice, tips and tricks so that by the end of the course you will already have created your first podcast which you will take away, polish and perfect ready to publish.
Podcasting is the most personable media available allowing you to deliver your message in a way that printed media simply doesn't allow for. It's the perfect medium to pitch announcements, information or even to welcome your customer or provide instructions to a task. Any business or individual that provide regular announcements for events, bulletins, advertisements or any type of communication will benefit from the course, taking away the complete knowledge to script, record, mix and piece together a pristine podcast.
